Purpose of Job:
Assist with the media-logging (archiving) of the 2014-15 Volvo Ocean Race, followed by the 2011-12 edition.
Volvo Ocean Race has two full-time intern positions available for ambitious media students who are not afraid to take on responsibility and wish to gain hands-on experience whilst working for a prestigious global sports event.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Watch and log sporting action, identifying what is important or useful for its eventual retrieval.
• Describe media assets and bring meta-data to bear on the Volvo Ocean Race footage archive
• Assist with the Volvo Ocean Race video library arrangement
• Assist with footage searches for production personnel and external clients
• Other duties as needed
